某項目使用中控JX-300X係統。用戶自行增加一單回路後,無輸出。投自動時會自動跳回手動狀態。經檢查程序,發現用戶增加的自定義回路,回路編號為09;而BSC模塊中,模擬量輸出對應的模塊為08。而08自定義回路組態後前期並未實際應用。因此用戶在回路程序段中發現前期使用的回路號為07,便自行將08回路號將在本次增加的BSC模塊內。因此,在組態下載後,回路與實際輸出並未一一對應,因此發生本次故障。將程序中BCS模塊的回路編號更改為09,編譯下載後正常。

故障排除:

1.將兩塊主控卡依次重新插在相鄰控製站主控卡位置,主控卡指示燈正常顯示,排除主控卡本身硬件故障。
